Expanding the vineyards over the last few years has meant that the firm has been able to increase the proportion of red wine to half of the vineyard area and Stefan Ott can now not only make fruity white wines from a wide variety of grapes but he can also make full-bodied, well-structured red wines from the Zweigelt, Merlot and Pinot Noir varieties.
