Wind H. Alois

The vineyards owned by qualified wine-grower and maker Alois H. Wind's business are green covered during the winter; a clover and grass mixture is sown in parts. Fertilization is exclusively organic and the vines are planted in a Lenz-Moser high training system and display shoot or cordon cutting.
