This firm alternates annually between providing a natural green covering for every alternate row of vines and bringing out a straw covering; fertilization takes the form of humus forming organic manures. The vines display cordon cutting.
A typical wine produced is the dry-fruity Grüne Veltliner which has a delicate acidity structure and peppery aroma.
