This Buschenschank family business is situated idyllically on the southern slope of the Pössnitz mountain. The wine-grower believes that it is important to cultivate the vineyards in as ecological a way as possible. A mulch economy is practiced and, when required, stable manure is used for fertilization. The vines are planted in the high training system.
