This hobby viticulture firm is situated in the upper Gail valley in extreme conditions at 740 m above sea level. Werner Holzfeind completed courses at the Silberberg School of Oenolgy and visited various top wine-growers in Austria, Friaul and South Tyrol before starting to grow wine himself in 1992.
