The wine-maker places a great deal of importance on integrated wine-growing and maintaining healthy soil. The vineyards, whose vines display single-shoot cutting with replacement spurs, are either naturally green covered or straw is brought out. Herbicides and insecticides are not used; pig manure and straw are used as fertilizers.
