The vineyards belonging to Siegried Gsellmann, who attended the Eisenstadt School of Oenology and completed his examinations in wine-growing and making, are green covered throughout. When choosing the plants for the green covering, the following perspectives are taken into consideration: nitrogen accumulators, formation of leaf mass, depth of roots and water requirement.
