The "Senior" (Blaufränkisch) and the "Kastellan" (up to now a Cabernet/Merlot and in the future a firm cuvée) are the top growths of the house and are remarkably extra sweet. "Allegria" is the name of the firm's Schilfwein which is dependent on the season.
