Florian Lauer makes wines with his father, Peter, in a time-honored style, combining his own instinct and skill with knowledge passed down from previous generations. They focus on dry-tasting, site-specific Saar Riesling from the first-class Ayler Kupp, and their wines ferment on the fine lees mostly in old Fuder.
