A quarter of the vineyards is still planted with Neuburger. This grape is also matured from a single grape variety and shows amazing finesse. Together with Weißburgunder the Neuburger also forms a Cuvée named "Pineo". Of the red wines, the Blauburgunder is particularly worthy of note.
