Weingut Irene und Horst Pelzmann

Horst Pelzmann, who took over this firm from his father in 1993, specialized in Qualitätswein made from single varieties. He pays a great deal of attention to ecological wine-growing. The vineyards are thus naturally green covered and fertilized ony following the results of precise soil analyses.
