Weingut Franz Blauensteiner

After the harvest the grapes intended for the preparation of white wine are destemmed, not sulpurized and immediately pressed. The closed, fermented red wines are stored for 12 months in large wooden casks - the Blaue Portugieser after the completion of a biological malolactic fermentation.
