With the purchase of Hirschprunn in 1991, Alois Lageder was able to fulfill one of his life's dreams. 32 hectares in all, close to his own property Löwengang. With Hirschprunn he is leading Südtirol. Away from the typical wines, leading to "Chateaux" wines.
