Walter Guttmann

Since 1992 this firm has been run just as a sideline business, which has not however detrimentally affected the quality in any way; there is no Kabinett level wine harvested. The vineyards are green covered throughout the winter. Fertilizers are used in accordance with the results of precise soil analyses.
