The vineyards belonging to this firm, which has been owned by the family for 250 years, are located on heavy soil or sandy clay soil and are green covered all year round. The vines display shoot cutting with replacement spurs and fertilization takes place only when the soil lacks nutrients. The wine-grower himself is a graduate of the Klosterneuburg School of Oenology.
