Schilder Ernst Otto

Ernst Otto Schilder cultivates his vineyards strictly following the guidelines for organic-biological wine-growing and is a member of the association 'Ernte für das Leben" (harvest for life). The provision of humus is achieved through a combination of the effects of permanent green covering and sowing plants to maintain the natural ecosystem in the vineyard.
