Roman Schmidt

The son of the house is a graduate of the School of Oenology in Klosterneuburg and is currently (1996) studying at the business university in Vienna. The vineyards owned by the business are cultivated in accordance with the guidelines for controlled, integrated plant protection. The vines are planted in a vertical growth system and display arch cutting.
