Pedro Domecq

This is the oldest sherry firm in Jerez and was founded in 1730. The present managing director, Don José Ignacio Domecq, has the best reputation in the world as a sherry taster and since 1994 the firm has been owned by Allied Domecq. It is one of the best houses and produces wine using traditional methods with the most up-to-date facilities.
