Qualified master wine-grower and maker Norbert Reischütz cultivates his vineyards, which are green covered throughout the winter, according to the guidelines for integrated, controlled production; the vineyards are fertilized only when there are insufficient nutrients. The vines are planted in a Lenz-Moser high training system.
