Leo Jauk

A wooded range of hills protects the small wine-growing location of Falkenstein in the most north-eastern corner of Lower Austria from the wines from the south, west and north. The vineyards belonging to the firm are located exclusively on southern slopes. They were provided with a permanent mulch until 1992 and since then have had a mulch on a one to two year rotation basis. The vines are grown in a high training system and display arch cutting with a shoot.
