Karl Wegscheider

The vineyards owned by the firm are naturally green covered and fertilized with mineral fertilizers. After the harvest the grapes are sulphurized and left to stand on the must briefly before being pressed. The must is then fermented with selected yeasts in synthetic containers in which they are also matured.
