Josef und Johanna Totter

The Totter family's viticulture firm was founded in 1972 and it is intended that son Josef will take it over one day. The vines are planted in a cordon growth system and fertilization takes the form of mulch; to balance out the level of nutrients commercial fertilizers are also used after the soil has been tested.
