The good conditions made by the German Schützener micro-climate and present soils, are made optimal by appropriate work in the vineyard, led by personal limitations to the harvest size, and careful cellar technique, in which the emphasis is put on processing in large wooden barrels and relatively long barrel and bottle storage.
