Although there were already 60 hectars of vineyards in North Tyrol in Emperor Maximilian I's time, viticulture will most likely remain a rarity here for a long time yet.
The rows between the vines are supplied with nutrients organically with manure or by means of a mulch system. The vines are planted in a Lenz-Moser high training system.
