Ing. Walter und Constanze Pollak

Qualified engineer Walter Pollak was a specialist subject teacher for many years until the Retz agricultural college closed. Today he still works in the laboratory at the regional wine estate in Retz. In his free time he devotes himself fully to his own wine-growing business and helps his wife with her work there.
