The Schwarz family makes their wines exclusively from single varieties and single vineyards. In the future they plan to increase the maturing of the wines in high-grade steel tanks and build a new winery. The Schwarz family uses only strained and pressed must for their bottled wines. The wines are then bottled from April onwards. The family often wins awards from renowned specialist magazines.
