Hildegard Bucher

The Bucher family's small viticulture firm is run as a second occupation and will be passed over to the son in 3 to 4 years. The vineyards, whose vines have a single shoot cutting with a replacement spur, are green covered from September to June and fertilized with straw or leaf fertilizer.
