Heribert Pilz

This viticulture firm has been owned by the family since 1796. Heribert Pilz, who acquired his knowledge of wine-growing at the Silberberg School of Oenology, is qualified in fruit and wine-growing and winemaking. The vineyards are green covered with a grass mulch and fertilized partially with mineral fertilizers. The vines are planted in high training systems and display double arch butting.
