The vineyards of this firm, whose vines show shoot cuttings, are cultivated according to the principles of integrated production. As such, green cover is practiced in part throughout the whole year and in part only in winter or a straw cover is brought out; the vineyards are fertilised in accordance with the results of precise soil analysis.
