This firm has been owned by the family since the 17th century. The wine-grower attended the specialist college in Mistelbach and places much importance on the production of natural, dry wines. The vines display double shoot cutting and every alternate row of vines is green covered; fertilization takes place in accordance with the results of soil analyses.
