Franz und Maria Benesch

This family places much importance on an environmentally and soil friendly cultivation of their vineyards. The vines are planted in accordance with the principles of the Lenz-Moser high training system and have shoot or Vertiko culture cuttings. In the individual rows of vines they alternate between building a weed cover and bringing out straw, or green cover is practiced permanently.
