Franz Schmidl

Franz Schmidl cultivates excellently situated vineyards and is particularly well-known for his Grünen Veltliner and Riesling. A biological malolactic fermentation is only carried out in the case of the Blauen Burgunder and the wines are matured mostly in wooden casks. The impressive vinothek for storing old wines is also worth mentioning.
