Franz Nierscher

Franz Nierscher has grown wine since 1962 and has run the attached Buschenschank since the same year. The vineyards are permanently green covered in accordance with EU regulations and are fertilized exclusively with natural manures from the estate's own land. The vines display shoot cutting with replacement spurs.
