Typical wines produced by this firm are dry Qualitätsweine but they also produce Spätlesen. The red wines are fermented open in tubs and are stored - in the case of the Cabernet Sauvignon after a biological malolactic fermentation has been carried out - either for 10 months traditionally in large wooden casks or for three months in oak barrels.
