The firm typically produces dry to half-dry Qualitätswein and Prädikatswein. The red wines are fermented closed in a steel tank with a stirring mechanism and after a biological malolactic fermentation has been carried out they are matured either traditionally in large wooden casks or for 10 months in oak barrels.
