Familie Eigl

The Eigl family uses exclusively organic manures and insect friendly sprays. The mostly unsulphurized must ferments without selected yeast being added in casks and tanks and is bottled from March of the following harvest year. The Zweigelt is aged for at least a year in wooden casks.
