The once graduate of the Klosterneuburg School of Oenology is today a representative of the Deutschlandsberg viticulture association and one of the most innovative producers of Schilcher. With regard to producing the wine he places much importance on a natural process that protects the grapes. Fine Schilcherbrände are welcome by-products made from the very moist remains of the grapes.
