Domittner Günther

Günther Domittner, a graduate of the Silberberg School of Oenology, took over this firm in 1995 and completed his wine-growing and making examinations in spring 1996. In the permanently green covered vineyards, where the vines are planted in a Sylvoz growth system and display Pürstinger cutting, a mulch economy is practiced.
