Anton Hundsdorfer

Wine-grower and maker Anton Hundsdorfer's wine estate is run purely as a family business. The vineyards have a natural green covering from September until May and are provided with nutrients by means of a grass mulch; mineral fertilizers are not used. The vines are planted in a high training system and display double shoot cutting.
