95% Sangiovese and 5% Cabernet. It's one of Sangervasio's "cru" wines and it's dedicated to the present owner's grandfather, Sirio Tommasini. A Sirio has a great structure; intense ruby red, with aromas of wild red and black berries, full and very round taste, very persistent.
