Amade

A lighter styled wine, the Amade is crimson red in colour with white pepper, ripe plums, black cherries, spices and subtle leather-earthy aromas. The palate is filled with enticing white pepper, plums, ripe dark berries and earthy characteristics with a hint of menthol, on both the palate and nose, and finishes with plums and spices. Silky soft tannins and supple acidity lends structure and balance to this lighter styled wine. Can be served slightly chilled. This wine drinks well now and can be aged for 3-4 years.
