This wine comes from the hilly lands of Valdobbiadene and Farra di Soligo. It is the out-put of fermentation in large casks under strict control of temperature.
Its colour is brilliant straw-like, its bouquet has a delicate fruit–like quality, it is perfectly savoury and smooth.
It is the ideal choice with appetiziers or for complete meals with light dishes and fish.
