Montenisa Satèn is made exclusively with the best Chardonnay selections. The first fermentation tales place partly in stainless steel vats and partly in barriques, and the second in the bottles, with subsequent contact on the yeasts for at least 30 months. The wine is straw-yellow in colour with golden hues, and creamy mousse with a delicate, lasting perlage . The original, intense nose has floral notes and the hints of white peaches add depth and balance. The wine's liveliness and freshness are perfectly balanced on the full complex palate.

Montenisa Satèn wird aus der besten Auslese von Chardonnay-Trauben hergestellt. Die erste Gärung findet in Stahlbehältern oder in Barriques statt, die zweite hingegen in der Flasche, wobei die Hefen noch mal für mindestens 30 Monate hinzu gegeben werden. Die Farbe erinnert an Stroh, mit leicht goldenen Einschlägen, der Schaum ist cremig mit feinem anhaltendem Perlage. Das intensive Bukett duftet nach Blüten und weißem Pfirsich, die ihm Charakter und Ausgewogenheit verleihen. Am Gaumen präsentiert er sich voll und komplex, aber von ausgeglichener Frische und Lebendigkeit.
