Colour : very light straw green. Perfume : fruity Flavour : dry, cool, very agreeable. Suitable with : all foods thanks to its sharp and delicate structure. It is perfect as appetizer and for horsd’oeuvres, first courses and fish. To be served at 6 – 8°C.
