Chateau Dorrien

Primavera. A light red/white wine to be enjoyed as a pasta wine, barbeque, picnic or table.

2000 Cabernet Sauvignon. The best parcels of wine are blended for our flagship Chateau Dorrien Label. Dedicated wine making, fruit quality and extended new oak maturation assures wine of outstanding quality. Fruit sourced from cool climate regions of the Barossa Valley was blended with old vine Cabernet from our Dorrien Vineyard, rich berry fruit, firm tannins & spicy new oak characters are evident (Cellaring potential 8 to 10 years)

2002 Shiraz. In our 2002 Shiraz we introduced premium fruit from our Lyndoch Vine yard situated at the Hoffnungstahl Valley, (German for Valley of Hope) exceptional fruit characters of dried currants & plum is evident, followed by firm tannin structure balanced with soft liquorice & peppery character.
The premium 2002 fruit quality and extended oak maturation produced a wine of great structure, cellaring under correct conditions for a decade
