Sangiovese

Diese Rebsorte ist die Grundlage aller Chianti Weine.
Das Herkunftsland ist aller voraussicht nach Italien.
Die Triebspitze ist sehr starkwollig und sie ist weißlichgrün mit einem rötlichen Anflug.
Die Farbe der jungen Blätter ist hellgrün und leicht bronziert.
Die Form der Trauben ist zylindrisch bis leich pyramidenförmig. Auch sind sie geschultert und kompakt. Die Beerenhaut ist sehr dick und verfügt über eine schwarzblaue Farbe.
