Riparia gloire de Montpellier

Diese Unterlage verliert durch neuere Sorten immer mehr an Bedeutung. Die Riparia Gloire de Montpellier ist eine Selektion aus Vitis Riparia. Die Farbe der Triebspitzen ist fahlgrün, und die Triebspitze ist geschlossen und spazierstockförmig. Die Farbe der jungen Blätter ist ebenfalls fahlgrün.
Die Sorte verfügt über männliche Blüten, und daher gibt es keine Trauben. Die Rebe ist sehr leicht zu bewurzeln, sie ist aber kalkempfindlich.

This substrate is losing importance due to newer sorts. The Riparia Gloire de Montpellier is a selection from Vitis Riparia. The colour of the shoot tip is pale green, is closed and in cane form. The colour of the young leaves is likewise pale green. The sort has male blooms and therefore it has no clusters. The vine is very easily to root, is however lime sensitive.
