This sort can be found in the USA and in Canada. De Chaunac is a crossing between Seibel 5163 and Seibel 793. The shoot tip is weakly haired, likewise the leaves. The pages are three tiered. The cluster is compact, shouldered and medium sized. The colour of the berries is black blue and they are small and round. This sort is very frost sensitive.
